Getting the support you need
Accessing support at The Kuaya begins with a conversation. Whether a prospective client contacts us by phone or email, or chooses to visit The Kuaya in person, the first step is to understand what has brought them to us, what they are hoping for, and what level of support may be most appropriate. Every enquiry is considered thoughtfully and individually: for some people, the right starting point may be an appointment with a psychiatrist; for others, it may be therapy, coaching, a specialist assessment or a wider multidisciplinary pathway. Rather than expecting clients to know exactly what they need before they arrive, our role is to listen carefully, make sense of the circumstances, and recommend a clear route into care that feels clinically appropriate, accessible and supportive from the outset.
