Celeste Lee Xiao Shiang, Clinical Psychologist

Celeste Lee Xiao Shiang is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with a strong grounding in systemic and multi-generational family therapy. Trained under renowned family therapist Professor Maurizio Andolfi in Rome, Celeste brings a relational, strengths-focused approach to her work, supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal challenges.

Her clinical experience spans hospital, community, and private practice settings, including Pantai Hospital Penang and the Malaysian Mental Health Association.

Celeste recently completed the UNITAR–CIFAL certification, a programme focused on integrating psychotherapy with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, an area closely aligned with her ongoing involvement in SDG-based mental health initiatives.

In addition to her clinical roles, Celeste lectures part-time at Taylor’s University, supervises trainee clinical psychologists, and has contributed to peer-reviewed research. As an HRDC-accredited trainer and certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, she also delivers mental health workshops to organisations across Malaysia.
